Easter Theme, Age Gap, Friends to Lovers, Secret Identity, Small Town, Light Primal Play, Holiday Romance
Easter isn’t exactly the hottest of holidays—nevertheless, it took a giant bunny costume for Anna Clark to finally notice the perfect guy who’s been right under her nose this whole time.
After a playful encounter at Lake Geneva’s annual Easter egg hunt, Anna finds herself flirting with a mysterious man in a bunny mask at High Five, the local bar in her Wisconsin hometown. But when she discovers the bunny is none other than Chad Braun—a regular at the restaurant where she works—everything changes.
Chad’s always kept his distance, hesitant because Anna’s barely twenty-two and he's thirty-four. But behind the safety of the mask, he gives in to their undeniable connection. Soon, their flirtatious dares and witty exchanges take them on an unexpected journey filled with sparks, laughter, and chemistry.
Run Little Bunny is a fun, steamy novella about finding love in unexpected places and embracing the thrill of new possibilities. (This is Book #4 in the interconnected High Five Novella series. While it's encouraged to listen to Santa’s Coming, Cupid’s Shot, and Shamrock Kisses, each book stands alone.)

📚EBOOK📚 & 🎧AUDIO 🎧
I’m kicking off April with this little gem, and honestly—what a fun way to start. I went hunting for an Easter-themed read and ended up grabbing this one (audio was on sale + KU? say less 😏). Even as a short novella, it delivered exactly what I needed—a light, quirky palette cleanser with just enough spice to keep things interesting.
The story follows Anna, who finally notices the right guy thanks to a certain bunny mask at a small-town Easter event, and Chad—the slightly older, always-in-the-background kind of man who’s been holding himself back. The whole secret identity + age gap + friends-to-lovers combo works so well here. Their connection felt easy, natural, and the communication between them? Loved that. It made everything flow without unnecessary drama.
And let’s talk about that duet narration—because wow. Corvin King’s voice? Immediate chill, instant swoon 😍 Nikki Grey paired perfectly with him, and together they really elevated the experience.
Between the playful dares, light primal play, and small-town charm, this was a quick but satisfying read/listen. If you need something short, flirty, and a little spicy to reset your reading mood—this one absolutely does the job.

The pining in this one?? ELITE.
He falls first, and you feel it in every interaction.
And that line…
“Let me be a gentleman tonight so I can not be the next time I see you.”
…yeah. I’m still recovering from that one.
Also can we talk about the narration??
Corvin King saying “run, little bunny” in THAT voice??? That should be a trigger warning in and of itself.
I was not prepared.
Nikki Grey did a fabulous job as Anna. I loved the chemistry between them! She was soft, sweet, and surprisingly sassy!
This was sexy, playful, and surprisingly soft underneath all that heat. A perfect quick read (or listen) when you want something fun but still full of tension and chemistry.
Honestly? This might be my favorite in the series so far
