The reviews are very good on this book. Yes good story overall but missing some fire or emotion at times. Narration amazing. Viviane is forgiving way to fast of what her husband did. She should of given him hell or have a hart to hart but nothing. I know she has a very good heart but there was lack of emotion and importance in the story. The male character was good and heartless like a hard mafia boss. It is not a dark story. Good listen , would have been perfect with some darkness or stronger female character.

The 10 hours flew by while listening to this amazing audiobook. SY did a phenomenal job narrating Matteo - his rich, gravelly and commanding voice was music to my ears. VE's gentle, seductive voice was perfect for Viviana and with both of them together, their dual narration is off the charts (so sexy). If you have a predilection for a story of a sexy, powerful crime boss who fell desperately in love with the woman he 'strategically married' and never expected to love, then this is for you. So worth the credit!!
