Heughan began his career in theatre, receiving an Olivier award nomination while still studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. He has appeared in television shows such as Doctors, Rebus and films including Heart of Lightness and The Spy Who Dumped Me.

Sam is so easy to listen to

Sam Heughan seems like such a gentleman, in the best sense of the word. Sensitive, thoughtful, gracious. The memories and insights he shared in this interview are both interesting and easy to listen to.

very interesting to listen to Sam (same age as my son) Describe growing up without a father And turning out to be such a beautiful personality kind and decent . I capt remembering how my family was around the same age that he was and how we were parenting our son and I felt very close to him then. 💙 I wish him all the success and love.
