FAVORITE SERIES BY MELINDA LEIGH
I've listened to this entire series and thoroughly enjoyed the life and family of Morgan Dane! Melinda Leigh is one of my favorite authors and this book reminds me of all the reasons why I keep coming back to her talents as a outstanding author. Cris Dukehart truly added to the success and enjoyment of this entire series. It's a must to listen to each story in order from the beginning. Melinda Leigh so beautifully built a community and family which one would miss if not listened to from the beginning. I highly recommend this series...so worth the credit.
Oh, and by the way, I didn't see the ending coming. Quite the surprise/twist!!!

My Favorite characters are at it again
I am amazed at the ways Melinda Leigh keeps this series going. Each installment in the series is both extremely well-written and and believable.
The characters get better and better, and the introduction of new characters in the each books along the way freshens the series, it's settings, and offers chances at continuingly interesting plots.
Way to knock it out of the park Melinda!

the narrator drove me nuts with her pauses
I loved the story but the narrator sucked. She had long pauses between the character's words, an "he said/she said." Drove me bananas do much that I had to stop listening to the Audible version. Instead, I opened the Kindle version to finish the book.

I keep hoping it gets better, but...
Maybe the storyline is intriguing yet but I should just read the books instead of shaking my head listening to this narrator. I can't do it for another title. The plot feels empty to me now, not as rough and curious,.

Keeps you on your toes.
Morgan and Lance are such a wonderful couple and with Mr Sharp, Lance's boss, this trio really know how to brainstorm. Despite the serious nature of the crime those there's still tim e for laughter and love. A very good book that will keep you guessing. Thank you.

Is it the end?
Another good addition to the series. Kept me interested the whole story. This seems like a good place to end the series but I can also see where she can make more books and still keep us reading.

Boring
I started this series mildly entertained and now it seems to have devolved into a romantic story line with a side of mild suspense. Couldn't get past the first third of the book the past 2 books.
