Publisher's Summary

The ultimate anti-hero meets his match....

Connor Dunkle knows what he wants in a woman, and it's the three B's. Beauty. Body. Boobs. Other women need not apply. With his good looks and easygoing charm, he's used to getting what he wants - and who. Until he comes face to face with the one woman who's slowly making his life hell...and enjoying every moment.

Ella Blake is a single mom and a professor at Verily College who's climbed up the ranks the hard way. Her 10-year-old son is a constant challenge, and her students are driving her crazy - namely Connor Dunkle, who's failing her class and trying to charm his way into a better grade. Fuming at his chauvinistic tendencies, Ella teaches him the ultimate lesson by giving him a special project to help his grade. When sparks fly, neither of them are ready to face their true feelings, but will love teach them the ultimate lesson of all?

Great addition to the Searching For Series!

Searching for Beautiful is one of my favorite books in the series, so I was excited there was a novella written for Nate's brother. Oh Connor Dunkle... The older brother you can't help but want to love for what he sacrificed for his brother Nate, but he's so jaded when it comes to women and relationships. I know this was only a novella, but I didn't want this story to end for Connor and Ella. Ella's son Luke was definitely a scene stealer in this story and definitely an added bonus. Jennifer Probst always has this great ability to combine a large array of emotions all wrapped up in one story. I can always expect to have a good laugh and shed a few tears.

Less than stellar narration

I liked the story, it was great, however the female narrator performing the male voice was horrible.

Short and Sweet

I have recently started listening to/reading Jennifer Probst books. I'm now seeking them out for more. I have yet to be disappointed! This novella was written well with great characters. I could feel the struggles, and my heart got involved. I didn't want it to be over so quickly.

Madeleine Maby is an excellent narrator. She really brought the book to life and made it easy to listen to all at once.

Search Over...Love Found

Pretty good story. Narration also good. I don't always like Maby as a narrator but this was a job well done. Three and a half hours was a great story length. Not too short, not too long. It seems when a story is over 4 hours long, there's either too much repetition, too many sex scenes or too many unnecessary details. Refreshing to see characters over the age of 35 with real life jobs, issues, kids but yet want to improve themselves and find good love.
