Written by Havas perspective, you get to understand more of her character and learn about the traumas that made her who she is. At some points I thought it was a little drawn out but I still really enjoyed the narration of the audio book so I didn’t mind.

If you liked Bitterblue you will love this!

I loved the foxes in this! They gave it a fun twist were cute. I am a big fan of the Graceling Realm and look forward to more stories!

I LOVED the first 4 books, but this one didn’t meet the mark sadly. The reader was great as always though! But the story was dull in my opinion. I like the series enough to keep going despite my disappointment in this book. Next one hopefully will pick back up again!
