A great werewolf story in a sea of thousands. It's hard to find queer Werewolf story that doesn't try to be 50 shades of werewolf but this story does a great job making a love story that doesn't flood you with sex.

First, for me no matter how good a book is on paper, in its audio form its the narrator who makes it a must listen or not. Recently i have listened too two audiobooks and it just so happens that Abby Craden narrated both, including, of course, Second Nature. She is an amazing narrator, she really brings the books she narrates to life including Second Nature, she helps make books must listens for me. Second Nature by Jae gives Abby a wonderful book to work with, fantasy, mystery, lesbian romance, thriller, the book has it all, Jae has created a wonderful new Urban Fantasy world here with shapeshifters sharing the world with us, i would put this new urban fantasy world on par with my favourite urban fantasy world that of Mercy Thompson by Briggs. Great main characters, great supporting characters, wonderful story, I highly recommend this audiobook for your next listen!

This book introduced me to a genre I've not considered reading/listening to before and I'm so glad I did. Very enjoyable. Jae always writes an interesting story with characters you root for. Ms Craden's narration excellent as always.
