Wonderful little book

The ideas are presented simply and clearly, and the author uses relatable examples from his own life to help the reader synthesize the material, It’s the perfect intro to secular Buddhist ideas.

Wonderful Little Intro

I found this book to be a wonderful little introduction to Buddhism. Read by the author making his stories feel more alive and he did a great job turning the teachings into more a accessible religion for everyone. Highly recommended
