Publisher's Summary

From the author of These Toxic Things and Audible Original How It Ends comes a gripping short thriller about a young woman whose dreamy “glamping” weekend becomes her worst nightmare.

Still mourning the death of her own fiancée, Lauren Hudson must put on a brave face for her family as they gather in Zion National Park for her brother’s wedding. He’s co-founded a “glamping” (glamorous camping) start-up with Sadie, the soon-to-be bride whom the rest of the Hudsons have yet to meet, and they’re hosting their small destination wedding for their nearest and dearest right on their own campgrounds. But not long after Lauren arrives on the scenic property, doubts creep in about Sadie - could she be harboring a sinister secret? Or is the trauma of Lauren’s own past clouding her judgment? With the wedding looming ever closer, can Lauren discover and expose the truth before it’s too late?

As usual, Rachel Howzell Hall hits it out of the park! :-)

This is yet another excellent story from Rachel Howzell Hall :-) :-) :-)
Great characterization (VERY realistic), great plotting, oh, and great location! Basically, awesome as her usual :-) :-) :-)
Will someone PLEASE give her a huge contract, so she can write some more books?!?!?

Intriguing

Well written. Kept me on my toes! The narrator was well suited for this book as well. Good performance!

Good story

This is a good story however the performance voice is best suited for children’s books.

A suspenseful novella

This is a short novella that centers around a woman who attends her brother's wedding in the wilderness while gaming (glamour camping). The woman, Lauren is grieving her fiancé's death and seems to be an alcoholic. The story is okay, not that thrilling or suspenseful though it tries.

Not what Rachel Howzell Hall got me used to :(

I swear Rachel Howzell Hall writes great thrillers normally, but this one is not really good :( The story is a little bit absurd, and the narrator does an only okay job.
