life changing

This book is what every business owner, manager and employee needs to centre work in what matters most- serving the customer by joining your noble purpose with theirs for transformative results. a must read for anyone who works.

Not useful

This is a poor approach to increase sales. There is no holistic approach, is far from really offering a solution to higher sales. In this respect Theory of Constraints is by far a better use of your time. Do not waste your credits with this book.
