The beginning was pretty good while Rev was in the park with his friend Mia, but then it gets slower. The middle of this book is pretty darn slow, but I promise you, it gets better in the end.

I’ll for a sci fi book it didn’t do a good job describing what people looked like, what the enemy looked like, the environment etc. This book was 3 years of the characters life, and I am really surprised no one else gave it less than 5 stars. No desire to read the rest of the series. Maybe it’s just not my thing
