Really wanted to like it, but...
I was a fan of VC Andrews in the early days...when it was the original author, and even a few books into the ghost writer era...then it seemed the formula became too predictable. After many years away, I saw this series and thought I would revisit the author. I really wanted to like it, but after the first book I was left wondering if I should continue. I had already purchased the series, so I continued. The second book was a bit more intriguing so I had higher hopes for this one. But I was sadly disappointed to find many loose ends and a lackluster conclusion to the story. Unfortunate.

Another great book
This series was the best! I never expected this ending. The whole book was so good. I felt the characters so much that I was with them all through all the experiences of each character. The author made you feel each thing her characters went through. I wish it was another part to it but the ending in a way is only the beginning to Kaley and Troy. We all go through some type of tragic scene in our life but the way we handle it makes us who we are today.

Good book but the way it ended was so abrupt.I hated the ending and I feel they could've even made a 3rd book from the run away it felt like laziness and ruined the whole experience.
