Publisher's Summary
In this finale of the darkly Gothic Mirror Sisters trilogy, one twin fears her reunion with sister dearest - from the legendary New York Times best-selling author of Flowers in the Attic and My Sweet Audrina (now Lifetime movies). For fans of Ruth Ware (The Woman in Cabin 10) and Liane Moriarty (Big Little Lies).
They share an unbreakable bond....
An inescapable bond.
As identical twins, Haylee and Kaylee Fitzgerald have always done things in exactly the same way. Under their mother's guidance, their every outfit, every meal, and every thought was identical.
But now things are different.
With Kaylee back at home after her sister's betrayal, her life has been turned inside out. Both her mother and Haylee are away, and Kaylee's alone and more lost than ever. Her father suggests going to a new school where she can have a fresh start, and where no one will know about her dark past. But if Kaylee knows her sister at all, she knows that her twin isn't through with her yet....

Disappointing
This story felt rushed and was uneventful for the most part. I felt like I was always waiting for something to happen but it wouldn't come.

Really wanted to like it, but...
I was a fan of VC Andrews in the early days...when it was the original author, and even a few books into the ghost writer era...then it seemed the formula became too predictable. After many years away, I saw this series and thought I would revisit the author. I really wanted to like it, but after the first book I was left wondering if I should continue. I had already purchased the series, so I continued. The second book was a bit more intriguing so I had higher hopes for this one. But I was sadly disappointed to find many loose ends and a lackluster conclusion to the story. Unfortunate.

These books were horrible
I love VC Andrews but these books should have been one. Every other sentence repeats itself. And there are no real twist. Her books always left you wanting more, this book left me so disappointed.

Another great book
This series was the best! I never expected this ending. The whole book was so good. I felt the characters so much that I was with them all through all the experiences of each character. The author made you feel each thing her characters went through. I wish it was another part to it but the ending in a way is only the beginning to Kaley and Troy. We all go through some type of tragic scene in our life but the way we handle it makes us who we are today.

Disappointing
This story dragged along, to me the author didnt focus on the current plot, kept repeating things from book 1..then as it starts picking-up by chapter 22...then the author quickly wraps up the ending...
