À propos de cet audio

For the first time ever, a survivor tells the shocking inside story of her time trapped in Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking ring.

Sarah Ransome moved to New York at the age of 22 with hopes for a better life, an education, and a career in fashion. Her dreams were destroyed almost overnight when she met Jeffrey Epstein and was invited to an island paradise disguising her personal hell.

“By sharing my testimony…I hope to see both minds and laws changed. More than anything, I want to encourage a culture in which women, even if they haven’t led the perfect lives, even if they’re not proud of every one of their choices, still feel the right to stand in their truth.”

This story is her day in court.

Sarah bares her heart and soul in this documentary of the most notorious known pedophile ring. Heartfelt and heart-wrenching. I pray for all those who have been and are being abused, and I pray for the perpetrators that they may be healed so they no longer abuse.
At the same time I don't agree with Sarah putting her own needs & wants (having her university paid for) ahead of all the other girls who were abused while she kept going back to him instead of going to the police immediately.

Heartfelt and heart-wrenching.

throughout the book she says she was in search of a father, because her father abandoned her during her childhood. Every times she said it, I heard "I looked for my mother". She was abandoned by both her parents. Her mother was incapable of mother her because of her alcoholism. Her mother paid for her brother's education but didn't extend her help to her daughter. She has no "mom", she has no brother. Brother took the money and ran far away. She's really alone. And I hope one day she realizes the role her "mother" played in her story. She should've stayed with her aunty when she was 15. Her mother ruined both their lives. I wish the next chapter is happy and healing.
