Miserable

Please find a compassionate person to narrate. Traumatized individuals who think they caused things they didn't cause don't need to be made to be insulted by the narrator. Rather believable perspective helps us re-evaluate the confusion.
I don't even know if the book was helpful. The narrator was so demeaning. I'd rather say I have no issue than be lumped in with all these people she was discusted with.

Great information Terrible narration

The narration was terrible. Non fiction books (especially psychology books) should not be narrated in a “characters showing emotions” style. The characters come off as slightly patronizing when narrated in this manner. Monotone going forward please.

That being said information and lessons contained in the book are a 10 out of 10
