i dig it

i thought it was a good and insightful listen and has helped me understand sleep a bit better!

i especially enjoyed the bit about lucid dreaming and have an interest in learning more about that.

more then I expected...

It wasn't quite what I expected it would be when I downloaded it... that being said I think it was better! Very informative, providing some insight to me and my difficulty falling asleep. Will be looking into some of the ideas and items mentioned in the podcast.

Don't listen to this before bed though... LoL

You want to be awake and mindful when listening to this series. Some chapters I listened to multiple times to really take in what was said...

Good for first time insomiacs

Lots of good information for first timers. Those of us who are struggling still need more in depth. Very good advice not to hesitate to see GP first. Good performance I thought. Did learn a few useful tips.

Short but focused overview

I enjoyed this six part look at sleep. It was very effective to be hosted by an insomniac and an expert in sleep and sleep disorders. Well done.
