Tried many (many!) books on social anxiety, shyness, self esteem etc etc etc and this is the first and ONLY book that made any major positive difference. I highly recommend this book to anyone with social anxiety / self esteem issues. I found it hugely beneficial.

Some people might think I am being overly dramatic but I am convinced the advice in this book, if actually followed, is a cure for social anxiety and shyness and I am living proof of this.

I hate sounding so dramatic but really, this book changed my life. I own it on kindle, print and now audiobook. Prefer it on audiobook as means I can listen to it anywhere without people knowing what it is im listening to -especially useful when on my way an event or situation where social anxiety and shyness would kick in.

Nothing works better than this book. Everything is laid out in such a simple and easy to follow fashion.
