Soul Comfort For Cat Lovers is a very comforting book that helps one move further along the healing process of their grief. I know this first hand because our family is currently grieving the recent tragic loss of our beloved Kozy and we each have found comfort in this wonderful little book. The content is excellent, and the references therein also valuable. Highly recommended.

I had my dear little Lilly for over 18 years, since my 8th birthday and shared such a strong connection with her (I joke that she was something akin to a familiar for me). The end of her life had left me feeling emptier than ever, and I couldn’t imagine how I could ever feel whole again. Liz Eastwood’s words of comfort and wisdom helped me to see that Lilly would forever be a part of my life because I would always have a relationship with her spirit. This allowed me to feel hope and renewed purpose both for Lilly’s afterlife and for my life following her passing. I have listened to certain chapters, such as the final chapter, more than once because I found them particularly healing. I strongly recommend this book for anyone experiencing the loss of a feline who meant the world to them.
