Nelson Simon didn’t want to sign up as a last-minute crew member to transport a Norwegian schooner from Brooklyn to Bermuda. But one thing led to another, and there he was. Book could’ve been 2h shorter.

In my opinion, this book is like 20% about Anne Kristine getting caught on the hurricane and 80% about the lengthy introduction and discussion of other subjects such as other hurricanes and whatnot. It could have been way shorter than it was, without this filler content.
