Speak was one of the best books I have read yet. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Tunde’s story is one that everyone should hear, she’s full of wisdom, perspective, love and light. I listened to this book through audible and now I must buy a hard copy, there are SO many amazing and inspirational quotes that I need to highlight and read over and over again. Thank you for sharing your life story with us, Tunde.

Tunde is a remarkable human and a go to instructor for me on Peleton but her story is just okay. I enjoyed it and listened to it all but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

I was immediately captivated by her classes, drawn in by her infectious energy, and it was through Peloton that I discovered her. Her story is nothing short of incredible and inspiring, evoking a range of emotions from laughter to deep introspection, even bringing tears to my eyes. I've loved Tunde from the first ride I ever took with her. The words she spoke in class always resonated, so I knew this book was going to be incredible. It far exceeded my expectations. If you've ever been the biggest woman in a wedding party, or lost a parent, her words will help you understand that you are not alone. She has such a positive mindset!! What a wonderful story... I was able to relate to some of her stories and some stuff she said resonated with me.

It’s great that she’s able to be a role model for the younger generation. Muscular arms for the win!

Didn’t know her before I listened to this book.

She seems to be so passionate that sometimes she starts to speak a bit faster. So watch out if you’re listening at a higher speed!
