Jesus gave his disciples authority to preach the good news of the kingdom of God and to cast out demons, heal the sick, save the lost, and set the captives free. Everywhere Jesus went, the kingdom came with power. There was no proclamation of the gospel without a demonstration of power. Well to have authority, we need to understand and get close to the one who's authority we want. Are you ever tired of "this is how life is", not much I can change". Well as a believer you have the authority of Jesus available, you can make a difference in your life, yet also in the lives of others!!
