The Magical Mystic and Friend: Exploring Dreams and Visions as a Source of Inspiration

The book covers how to hear from Heaven with a collection of true examples. It intrigued me, as a child, when I was told to pray and ask God for help. Would God talk back and tell me what to do?

I'd heard stories and read in the Bible that God spoke to people in the past. Why should that relationship be reserved for the afterlife, when things are good already? I needed help and comfort the most here and now.

Read as a magical book, the Bible whispered to have the simple faith of a little child. Just to thank God sincerely from the heart; be honest with God (even if not wise to totally and openly speak with others); and then to get very quiet and, most of all, to listen.

It worked when in trouble. After a while, I decided to try this "before" walking into situations. It takes a little time for this magic to happen, but it saves time and has helped me to avoid poison. I think it is good to try to contact Someone who sees more than I do and to follow the good.

My son said that each person has their own relationship with God, and that people can be led differently. Some by a "gut feeling", some by a word or a picture, or in other ways they personally understand, each as a unique individual.
