Inadequate

well? why would I state the above? I tried quitting many times. used drugs, nicotine replacement sidetracked, to prescription, that worked for 11 months. Failure as employment stress, my coping ability Failure resulted in resumption. This time! Cold out stop. no drugs, replacement shit, just no more. sick of it but crave it. got this audio hoping for reinforcement and what a disappointment. Janet, I don't think you ever smoked. If you did, it was not a one to two pack a day. why one to two? STRESS! Coping substitute. the pause excuse. see? I figured it out. Still crave, might cave, but 5 months now free. not due to anyone but ME. sorry but I can't listen to your book. Advice. now have come to recognize and hate smell of tobacco. why? well, regulations have limited provocative additives and detractors for natural odors of plant. despite that I still crave when smell others smoking. gotta just continue to not cave. go figure? I seem to be able to resist because I finally convinced myself. I had hoped for assistance but in a way, perhaps your pathetic attempt made me realize it was always up to only me. To change one's self, one must finally comprehend one's self. Whether polishing a gem or honing a blade, reappeated efforts and concerted labour and determination alone will prevail. Nothing short of painful effort it seems is the lesson of life. By the way, I offer this free of charge. To convince, leed by example, bitching and complaining all the time. Why? Then they will take you curiously. GFL. note for thought, $19/Pack, per day, into month?
Beer? Jack Danny, Johnny Walker? Reassocciation and emotional difference may be your next option. let me know if you would another consultation.
