This will MAKE YOU QUIT SMOKING

I’ve been a pack a day smoker for 35 years. Reading or listening to Allen Carr stop smoking will help and make you quit smoking for the rest of your life.
You have nothing to lose but those cigarettes.

3 weeks not smoking the easy way

I had to listen to the book 3 times. The third time i realized i wasn't being completely open minded, there was always a bit of skepticism. Once i did REALLY listen and agree with what he was telling me, i had my last cigarette and now find them disgusting. I'm free.
I love telling people that i quit smoking with a book!!!!!

If you are ready to quit, this book will help!

Would you consider the audio edition of Stop Smoking and Quit E-Cigarettes to be better than the print version?

I don't know, I didn't read the print version.

What did you like best about this story?

The fact that it made me think about quitting smoking from a totally different perspective.

I've been smoking for 40 years. Yes, I had managed to quit a few times over the course of that time, and one time even quit for a year, but I had not attempted quitting in the past 20 years or so. I thought it was going to be a horrible experience when I tried, but after listening to this book and learning to look at quitting from a totally different perspective, I found it amazingly easy to quit. I finished this book on Nov 15th, it's now Dec 10th and I am still smoke free. I did listen to the book a couple times to really let it all sink in well. I also listened to some binaural beats and subliminal messages for quitting smoking on youtube every night for the first week or so. I feel better and better each day, and I'm so glad I found this book!

Convinced after 10 years of trying to quit

I read this book 10 years ago and "It didn't work". Actually, I didn't work the book is what really happened. I tried a bunch of cessation programs, some on audible but this one is still the best. There is one audible book called "Quit" which actually derailed me once, supporting a slow-down or cut-down method which is a waste of time.

This author is essentially giving you the tools for a cold-turkey nicotine addiction shut-down, which is the only way to go. He basically gives you the self talk needed to beat the addiction itch that perpetuates the addiction itself.

Easy... Well it's easy in that you don't torture yourself with cutting down and nicotine replacement therapy, which don't work. Anyone that has quit using these things ends up (in the end) going cold-turkey. There is no cut-down on nicotine addiction. You're either addicted or you're not.

This book much more eloquently and completely goes through this and other reasons we smoke and shuts it down.

I think it's worth it to listen to it three times before you go to chapter 21. It all sounds like common sense but after the third time is when you really "get it". It's hard to explain.

Good luck. Give this book a good read before dismissing it. I'm smoke-free 6 months on a 25 year addiction at about a pack a day

A must if you want to stop smoking.

This really works. I was heading out for drinks with friends, stayed back to finish the book and boom, the whole night out without one cigarette and I had a great time!
Listen and digest the information as this works.

Somewhat of a letdown

some of what the author says is very true but others are just desperate attempts to convince the impressionable. if it helps you then great. the author repeats that smoking is filthy and disgusting too much. I found myself rolling my eyes often. much of the book consists of the author saying that it works and all the reader can think is...just get on with it.

It was just that easy

I listened to the program as I was going about my normal daily activities. I neared the end of the book and lit my last cigarette as instructed. I literally threw my cigarettes out the window driving down hwy 49. I did not feel anxious or worried, I felt relieved, I felt free! I am a non smoker!

Six Months and I'm still a non-smoker

It really is easy !

I smoked for over thirty years quit many times but always longed for another drag, one last inhale, which would lead to me buying a pack and starting all over again; wishing that I hadn’t because I knew I would be trying to again.
However, the Allen Carr’s method is amazing upon finishing the audible book I have not smoked since, I have not longed for, nor have I thought about smoking , I am certain I will never smoke again!
I quit on Jan 1st and it was easy, no craving or mood swings, I just stopped smoking, don’t even think about it or miss it, which I find miraculous!
I purchased the Allen Carr’s easy weigh to lose weight right after I quit smoking , love the book and maybe it was a distraction that helped me focus on something positive other than wanting to inhale? Highly recommend Allen Carr’s method!!!

Believe the hype. This works as advertised.

I smoked for 25 years, 1-2 packs a day easy. I listened to this book twice, and have not smoked since. That was a month ago. I know I will never smoke again.

I am freeeeeee!

Seriously! I've smoked for more then ten years and used a njoy e cigg none stop all day when I couldn't step out to smoke. I highly recommend this book! It gives you a different perspective on nicotine and addiction. I'm on day two of being a non smoker and I couldn't be happier. I'm not miserable or sad about smoking one bit! If your serious about being free of nicotine addiction then this is the easiest way!
