Publisher's Summary

From USA Today best-selling author Meghan March comes a hot new stand-alone romance all about second chances.

We fell in love on a beach, got married in paradise, and rode off into the sunset. It should have been perfect, but saying "I do" doesn't guarantee a happily ever after.

Two years later, I barely recognize either of us behind the walls we've built.

It's time to bring it full circle. Back to a tropical paradise. Back to find out if we can still make this work.

I'm not willing to give her up, but to save us, I have to risk everything.

Two damaged people.

Countless secrets.

The fight of our lives.

We might be broken, but we're not done.

Should've been written under a pseudonym

I really like Meghan March. I want to say that first. This however, wasn't at all what I have come to expect and love from her previous work. Two semi-erotic scenes thrown in, into an book that otherwise should be shelved under suspense/espionage. Narration by these two veterans was spot on....allowing me to finish what was a disappointment overall.

What Happens When You Marry a Stranger?

Meghan March is one of the best at weaving stories of mysterious and secret backgrounds between lovers. Ad that is exactly what happens when Hallie marries Dane, her vacation lover that became her husband. These two got married after six months but they don't share their secrets and personal thought with each other nor do they share the same living space very often. Not a big surprise that the marriage is in trouble, however what happens on their vacation to repair the marriage is a big surprise, especially for Hallie. When all the secrets are exposed will they be able to repair the relationship. It's a wonderful listen to find out how they do it and what secrets are in the way.

Couldn't ask for two more amazing narrators to bring this story to life. Andi and Zachary are perfect for this story. Great listen.

Absolutely worth the credit. Meghan March has written no bad that my ears have heard.

A Different Book For This Author

I knew after reading the first few lines that Take Me Back would be different.

From the opening harsh lines, you knew the relationship was very broken and the anger and sadness between each other was palpable. It was what I imagine that marriages go through before they are officially over.

Then, in their last ditch effort to save their marriage, something happens and they start to remember why they even liked each other to begin with.

Tied up in this journey to try again is intense intrigue, the unsettling feeling that there are external threats, brought on by another couple that is clearly creepy and out of bounds.

Dane and Kay are flawed humans who let life get in the way of their dreams as most of us have done and losing themselves is a very real possibility. Hot alpha or not, people screw up and it hurts.

There is action and shock. Just when things seem settled the worst comes back.

Meghan March is a fun storyteller and this one is a great beach read. The narrators of the book are fantastic and pull you in. Give this one a listen and try her others starting with the Beneath series.

Great book and Narration!

This is very different from other books by Meghan March! The only complaint I have it It needed to be longer because I really didn't want it to be over ;) I really enjoyed this audiobook. I had no idea what it was about when I started because this is a automatic buy author for me so I don't bother with blurbs. This book was full of surprises, it had suspense, action, love and sex who could ask for more! I want my own Dane <3 When you finish this book you will be saying "I didn't see that coming"!! I hope we get more books like this soon!

The narration was awesome! Andi was amazing as always but Zachary Webber really made this audiobook perfect for me. He really was a great choice for Dane!!!

Enjoyable first half, torturous second half

Book completely changes direction midstream. Not in a good way. Not to give away the plot, but story takes a very violent, and out of place, turn about halfway through. If you like your romances with beatings, stabbing, nd gunshots, with a touch of sex trafficking this may be for you.

Another Amazing Title from Meghan March

Once again Meghan March takes readers on a romantic and action-packed adventure. Take Me Back was a joy and a wild ride from the outset. Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber's stellar narration added even more drama to an already outstanding read.

Another great book by Meghan March!!!

Amazing! Couldn't put it down! Only thing I wish is that her books were longer. She is one of my favorite authors! I have read/listened to many of her books and have loved every one!

Great narration, phenomenal story!!

I think the way that Meghan March set this story up was so original. It was really fascinating to start in the middle of a relationship, as we started the story off with the lead characters "celebrating" (attempting to save) their marriage on their second anniversary. Love, love, loved Dane (I'm sure partially because of Zachary Webber- yum) and I'm really hoping we get some more stories on his friends.
Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber were wonderful as always!!
