Story
Brett Hunter’s life isn’t unicorns and rainbows, and it sure isn’t sparkles. He’s a businessman, a disciplined man, a money man, and if he ever believed in magic, it was a long time ago. He’s not a hero, and he doesn't play one on TV. Oh, and he really doesn't like the water. What’s he doing, then, on an Australian beach in a custom-made Italian suit, up to his waist in the waves and helping a red-haired mermaid save the day?

People who say “love is trust” probably didn’t grow up in a cult. My name is Daisy Nabhitha Kittredge. I chose it myself. As an RN in the emergency department in one of New Zealand’s largest hospitals, there wasn’t much left in me of the 16-year-old girl, covered from neck to ankle and not allowed to make eye contact with a boy, who’d run away with five dollars in her pocket and terror in her heart.

Story
You don’t find many too-pretty rich boys in the New Zealand Defense Force. Turns out there’s a reason for that. Fortunately, you can find your true self in the oddest places. Of course, you can lose yourself in those places, too - at least some pieces of you. Since I was back home with a new leg, some facial alterations, and time on my hands, I might as well help out my sister. Showing a buyer around New Zealand’s ecotourism sites, having a few adrenaline-fueled adventures? Fine. It wasn’t like I’d never been camping, unlike the walking tornado that was Miss Karen Sinclair.

Story
Lots of young women dream of being a princess. Nina Jones isn't one of them. After escaping from her palace/prison by burying herself under sacks of fertilizer, she ends up in a beach cottage on New Zealand's South Island. She's meant to be looking after a cantankerous widower. Too bad she doesn't know how to boil an egg.
Publisher's Summary
Once bitten, twice shy.
Rafe Blackstone may play the sexiest werewolf superhero to ever melt a woman's...heart...on the big screen, but Lily Hollander has already been bitten once by an actor, and once was enough. When she's fooled all over again, it's time to put that wayward heart in lockdown mode, especially once Rafe starts aiming his overprotective streak at her identical twin. Lily may seem like the softer side of the twinship, but nobody messes with her sister.
There's nothing she can do about Rafe being her temporary neighbor in the mountains above Sinful, Montana, or about being forced to witness the least impressive feats of horsemanship known to man. That doesn't mean she has to let him into her lingerie store, her heart, or any other part of her anatomy. He can just take his silver-blue wolf eyes, his rueful smile, and the rest of his gorgeous self, and...Wait, where was she again?
Oh, yeah. Are you allowed to hate your future almost-brother-in-law, if you do it really, really quietly?

Mmm ever so tempting!
This book was so much fun! I really enjoyed the first book in the series and this second one didn’t disappoint. It really liked how it dealt with how people aren’t always what they seem. Like Rafe wasn’t an arrogant mean guy and Lily got a chance to find that out and heal from her own problems. I always love Rosalind James books because they still have that happy ending, but it’s always an interesting and unique journey. The narration was also fantastic! The voice actress really captures the essence of each character and does accents really well. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.

Tempting yet super sweet!
Tempting as Sin, brings us Rafe and Lily. We met them in Book 1 when their siblings came together and are engaged to be married. Rafe is an actor, Lily is done with actors (she was married to one) Lily is softer than her twin sister, but she's working on becoming stronger and braver. Rafe needs to escape and prepare for his new role so he goes to his brothers cabin in Sinful Montana to get away, he's also Lily's neighbor. Lily befriends Bailey a 8yr old girl who lives with her grandmother, but seemingly does not have a great upbringing. Along with Bailey comes a crazy fun dog. The story of Rafe, Lily, and Bailey is heartwarming and fun. The love in this book between Rafe, Lily and Bailey just pulls at the heartstrings. Listening to this book was just as amazing as reading it. Emma Wilder does an amazing job switching voices is outstanding! She makes Bailey even sweeter than she already is. Ms. James, and Ms. Wilder are a winning combination. I can't wait to hear the 3rd book. "I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. Loved it!!
I really love Rosalind James books & audiobooks.Once I start reading or listening I can't stop until I finish. This story is no exception. My favorite thing about her writing is that family is always so important and a big part of the books. Tempting as Sin is not a continuation of book 1 Guilty as SIn but it's best if you read that one first so you can relate all the characters that are in both books. Rafe and Lily are both relatable people and you root for both of them to come out ahead. As always i look forward to the next book by Rosalind James. Emma Wilder does such an amazing job on the narration. She's one of my favorites. The accents and male voices are so good you sometimes forget it's the same narrator.

I’m enjoying this series!
Sometimes it’s nice to listen to a Romance where there isn’t any angsts and neither the Hero or the Heroine are trying to deny the other. This series only evokes good feelings and sometimes that is exactly what I need. Drama and angst definitely has its place but, so does a smooth road to romance. -V from Kansas

Wonderful Story!!
I loved the way that Lily found her family and made it hers in a unique way!! This story was smooth in comparison to the first one which was a shade choppy. This story bloomed and blossomed just like Lily did in the first story and continued to do on this one focused on her. It was a fun twist for the sisters to marry brothers though! I really really enjoyed this story and would definitely recommend it.

More please!
I am loving this series. Rafe and Lilly were perfect together. She was not as girly as I had assumed from the first book. She had a great personality and was very independent, despite what she may have believed of herself in the past, and has even built a successful business. Rafe was definitely more than meets the eye. My initial impression of him was that he was cocky and felt himself better than others. I quickly noticed, however, that this was far from the truth. He was truly dedicated to making sure his brother was safe and happy. I think that this was a big part that Rafe and Lilly had in common--they were both protective over their siblings and wanted them to be happy. I was afraid of what was going on in the press with Rafe and how it would affect his and Lilly's blooming relationship. Need not worry though... &Bailey was just a great addition to their story. I don't think the book would be near as good without her in it; she does make up a large part of the book. Bailey was in horrible circumstances and so timid, but between Lilly and Rafe, they made a perfect little family that fit together perfectly and worked to heal each others wounds. Alas, I am usually one that loves lots of raunchiness in the books I read/listen to. While this definitely had some steamy parts, the book was not just that. So much more. Great book! Highly recommend.

Her sister and his brother
Starting 3 weeks before the end of Guilty As Sin, this starts as Rafe Blackstone’s story, and his first meeting with Lily doesn’t end well. A few months later, Rafe retreats to Jace’s cabin in Sinful to learn to ride a horse and prepare for his next role. Of course, he meets Lily right away, and they learn to forgive and understand each other. There is a lovely secondary story with 8 yr old Bailey and her dog Chuck. I wonder if there’s any chance of James writing Willow or Brett’s stories? I’ll have to keep checking... Re graphic: Is that spilt milk that the bra is sitting in? Wilder does a good job of narration. Recommend both Sinful stories.
