Extremely informative and well researched, Tim Ferris is a classic must read for anyone wanting to optimize their life and health.

I like the info that is given and the narrator has a great voice. But, the PDF is not accessible which is really irritating and disappointing. Especially when following a regime, workout, food intake or anything of that nature. It is easier to have something to look at. So this wasn't the best purchase.

I got more value with 2 Listens, easy to implement the recommendations and follow along.

Not sure what I was expecting but Tim goes pretty technical into things which may work for some but not others.

It was a quick listen and was inspiring to make even the smallest change. There were some great nuggets in between the technical stuff.

There are a lot of good ideas, and interesting ones in this book. However, some of the ideas presented are a bit of a stretch. I’m going to give it a try for four weeks though the diet and the exercise, and see how it goes.

great info but it seemed short. at 3 hrs...i assumed abridge. good info. tim always entertains...stuff you could implement immediately

Some good, actionable information in parts of the book but mostly the ideas seemed to be disjointed and way too technical/advanced for the average person looking to make lifestyle improvements.
