Wow!! I’ve been looking everywhere for this information!! Finally found it.

This book has been everything! I have had so many questions and until now, no one source answered ever question and concern I had about this type of diet. This book was such a great listen. I am so thrilled to have found this source of knowledge. I highly recommend it.

A must listen or read

Listening to this book make me realize what we ate when we were kids was good and we were healthy. None of my grandparents lived on pills. We ate of the land.
