The Accidental Horse Guy

We will each at some point face challenging times where uncertainty and confusion are all we feel and vulnerability and courage are the only way forward. For Dan Holden, a non-horse guy, walking into a herd of 1,200-pound horses is never a neutral experience. It can certainly be intimidating but, as he discovered, it can also be healing and a profound spiritual experience. He was dropped into what he experienced as an ‘advanced alien civilization’ — a small herd of horses — when he enrolled in an eighteen-month Coaching with Horses certification program.
