A diet based on common sense. Not that it should really be called a diet at all, simply the way we're supposed to eat.

Frank's encyclopedia like knowledge / enthusiasm

Frank Tufano is the most knowledgeable about the Carnivore diet.

Frank should be put at the highest position in government than America will be the healthiest country on earth.
*I like the fact that Frank narrates the book himself.
The book itself is a good listen, its very edutainment like and gives you the "what' to do 'how' and 'why' information behind it. As a personal trainer that values continues self-education I knew the vast majority of the facts in this book, that being said a lot background information I didn't before listening. That made in my case the audio book well worth the purchase.
Folks on a health journey, stop, get Franks book and it is the only diet book you need.
Another thing I like is the no fluff and speed it is narrated, 4 hours and 41 mins is very well packed with information there might be other books out there that are twice as long with half the information if your lucky.
Frank cares about food quality. Something hardly if ever mentioned by the cornivores and shills in the industry.

Awesome!

I generally don't rate books. I've read many of the big named Carnivore, Keto, Paleo books out there. This was great material and in an easy-to-digest format. Nothing was too science-y for the average person to understand. And it was an EASY book to listen to, which is something I cannot say about most of these types of books. I originally purchased the audio version, but I plan to buy the paperback for easy reference. His diet recommendations are spot on.
