Good book but not for Audible

Ali is a great very knowledge professional and It's a great book, gets technical and makes you understand the science behind all very resourceful - but buy the actual book not on AUDIBLE as the recipes and the recommendations are not available in PDF - therefore, if you are thinking about getting this book on audible don't (unless you have the time to write down while you listen)

All about the Gut

I wanted to get another book on the microbiome but didn’t see anything I was interested in on audible. Later I was looking for an anxiety book and tried another but did not like it. I haven’t finished this book yet but am writing a review because so far I really love it and it will probably end up being one of my favorites on audible (I have a lot of health books). This one is special because the diversity in information regarding to the gut bacteria and it is very applicable to me for my health. I believe not only to me but to so many people. Most people generally would rather take medicine over diet. That is their choice but if you choose food check this book out for sure!!

Fascinating Listen

I'm not normally one to listen to books about dieting, but this one's actually really good. I think it's important to at least be able to scientifically know what foods will increase our anxiety. The narrator does an awesome job moving the book along, and she brings warmth and energy to what could easily have become straightforward and boring discussions of nutritional science.

Great Resource

Ali is great and a very knowledgeable RD. I have been a dietitian for over 22 years and she is truly my first idol. I hope to have a functional clinic one day vs a small private practice that I have today. The book is a much needed resource for all health minded individuals not just looking to improve anxiety but to improve overall health. This book as an audible version requires a PDF attachment as Ali has recipes and supplements she recommends that you're not able to receive through an audible version of this book. Therefore, this book needs a touch of fine tuning to include a PDF file. I will still highly recommend this book if you have no time to read and prefer listening to audio books.
