Great book, useful activities
The book is well written, logical, east to follow and useful. The narrator did a good job of delivering the message. Love the take away points and the 30 day challenge.

Enjoyable
works to reframe the idea of discipline into a positive one. I really enjoyed the first couple sections. I also like the idea of a 30 day challenge to really help drive home setting new goals or new habits.

Practical Strategies for Change
Although the book is brief, it cuts through the usual litany of “these are my many credentials” and “here’s a story or two” that most self help books pad their with. In other words, it gets right to the point. Put simply, this book gives exactly what it promises: effective and practical strategies for creating more self discipline in your life so you can get to the business of achieving your goals. I would recommend it to anyone who has specific desires and dreams but is having difficulty moving forward due to weak self discipline!
