Publisher's Summary

The Art of a Genuine Apology is all about three things: learning, healing and growing.

It highlights where unhelpful and hurtful interactions start and describes how to address hurtful situations with confidence. You will learn about what is missing from inadequate apologies, what is standing in the way of you offering a genuine apology and most importantly how to move forward differently. It features an apology quiz, stories to illustrate the content, as well as questions and suggestions for you to reflect on.

The Art of a Genuine Apology helps us to know ourselves deeply and be intentional about how we relate to others.

Such depth

This book covered many aspects of giving and receiving an apology. I was intrigued at the authors willingness to tackle this topic from different angles with clear and simple strategies. I believe this book will be a great tool for individuals, groups, couples and families to build better understanding, empathy and communication. The audio was immaculate and a pleasure to listen to!
