It was good!

I would recommend this book to men to offer them some direction and inspiration. The guy voicing it did a great job he’s a talented inflectionist.

Good but not our type of contemporary language

Liked his ben franklins love of books and curiosity and learning
Had a hard time following mainly due to old English
Great things can be extracted maybe need to study dissections and interpretation of this great hero of mind

The first half is very interesting

The first part of this biography is extremely interesting, in my opinion. It is a journey into the experiences and decisions that shaped the character and morality of B. Franklin.
The second part is a description of politics, some of which have shaped our country.

Listened to in 2023

The narrator nailed what I imagined Franklin sounded like. It’s strange to say autobiography over journal entries as what I’ve gleamed is Franklin’s spectrum like nature; the man compared himself to Socrates, just saying.

Hard to follow

Can’t stay focused listening to this hopefully there is a summary online. This is just not relatable.
