And the situation becomes even more complex and disorderly if the members are expected to use Robert's Rules, but they are not versed in how the basics are applied.
I decided to write an article for people who want to understand the basic rules that are used in meetings. What are these rules? They are the guidelines for conducting a meeting, allowing business to be carried out as smoothly and orderly as possible. Although I will not be able to detail the many nuances and special rules, the basics needed to conduct a meeting are explained that should help a meeting stay on track from start to finish.
