Very hard to follow
I think the topic she’s covering is really important and the information could probably be really helpful, HOWEVER she makes errors and corrects herself instead of just editing the audio, and there is no included PDF for all the numbers for the tests she wants you to pay to have done, so the info is pretty hard to follow. If you can’t actually do what she instructs, then the info is worthless. I would I would have bought it as a hardcover book instead of wasting my time listening to this sloppy delivery

As an athlete, I was given instructions and orders to follow and always felt like I need to know more. Not knowing it’s part of my physiology to know more, to understand why. Amazing book! But…
This book had such a plethora of amazing information. She’s so adorable and fun to listen to. Only problem is.. there needs to be a pdf attached for the lists and charts and some info she gives. The bonus stuff on her website doesn’t have everything she mentions is in the appendix of this book. I’ll have to buy a hard copy!

Read this! Over 40 this book will get you back on track
I listen while I’m walking at the gym. Stephanie is easy to listen to and can explain everything about our bodies in terms we can understand. I’m taking all of her tips and supplement ideas and implementing them. I feel great. I’ve been back at exercise for a month and making it a habit again. Even if you don’t have a period due to birth control or whatever it is, you can still skim over. That was the only piece not covered. Great book and now I’m sad I need to find another book like hers

Useful information for women of any age especially in their 40s
Overall I liked this book but didn’t care for the cutesy delivery - but that is just her style I guess and you can’t please everyone with style. The book cut out in parts or started midsentence which makes me wonder how much information I am missing and I have listened to it twice now. But otherwise it is a good one stop shop book for women in their 40s and 50s and beyond to keep track of what matters most when tending to our health.
