Melissa is the teacher you need

This is a great book that I will reread many times. I’ve stolen you line “clear is kind” and plan to quote this book for the foreseeable future. Thank you Melissa (we’re friends, right?) I needed this book

Truly is the book of boundaries

I really enjoyed this book. Listened to the full thing in one day and will absolutely listen again and maybe even again. Not only does Melissa Urban explain what a boundary is and what it isn't she gives clear cut examples of how to make and enforce a boundary. Which is the hardest part to understanding healthy boundaries!

I recommend this book to anyone struggling with boundary making and enforcing.

Loved this book!

I’m so glad I listened to this. My girlfriend recommended this book to me for many reasons and now I feel more equipped to handle myself in any situation. I will listen to this book again.

Lots of scripts and concrete examples

I enjoyed this book. Will probably regret not buying it in a paper book form for easier futur reference. Love all the scripts and examples. So reliable.

Made me feel better, more normal, with my need for boundaries.
