inspirational motivation to maximize you

I began implementing the learnings from the book while Iwas midway through and am continually amazed by the results. Dave Asprey invested in all of our best selves. If you'll let it, this book may change your life. It's an easy listen and most inspirational.

Loved it

I just started with 2 weeks program , it has been 3 days and I already feel the change in my energy and performance! And … I think… lol… my pants are slightly looser . Thank you

good but where's the ease I to it option

at points I felt so inferior reading this and knowing while some of this I can so much of it seems unreasonable as a single working mom. I wish I could have had more options of this is at least better than that.

Great information easy to digest.

Although I have been on the Bulletproof coffee for 5 years I have never read or listened to the book.
I had the general information from the internet the coffee in the morning was helpful with intermittent fasting and my results with bulletproof coffe, grass feed butter and oil were loud and clear to me.
listening to the book now has give me a broader scope into the process of living a truly bulletproof life.

Straight forward and well outlined. Try it for yourself. Dave isn’t dogmatic and there’s flexibility for everyone.

Overwhelming!

Perhaps a good book for someone with very significant financial resources & an extreme focus on their health status. My main take-away was bullet proof coffee! It was too much information for me & discouraging.

Most detailed diet book I’ve ever listened to

He goes into great detail in chapter after after about long lists of specific foods and provided me with a lot of information that I didn’t know before.

I have listened to the entire book and now I am going to listen again to record the details. I already eat a ketogenic diet so this book has given me some new and extra tips that I think I can use.

The list of suggested supplements is way too long and I am not convinced that all that supplementation is necessary. Not to mention, to buy all that every month would be so expensive.
