As a killer cuts a devastating swath through London, a letter written in blood arrives at her door, and it is only then that Fiona realizes just how perilous her endeavor is. For she has drawn the attention of an obsessive evil and is no longer the hunter, but the prey.

if there was any diverse cast of flawed and very human characters, this would be it. I loved it.
i loved the description, if a bit prosaic and I look forward to see how relationships develop. I recommend this book for anyone who likes historical drama with female sleuths. to me, especially when they get down and really dirty.

I know there are many who don't care for the narrator. But I am a big fan of hers. I actually go out of my way to seek books that she's narrated. I hope that if she sees this, please keep narrating the books. I will always be a a fan.

The characters are diverse and interesting. The twist and turns of the story keep you guessing still the end
