Publisher's Summary

In T L Swan’s steamy third installment of the Miles High Club, Kate’s hot new pen pal is a welcome distraction from her horrible boss. But nobody is as distracting as Elliot Miles...and he knows it.

My favorite hobby is infuriating Elliot Miles. Just the sight of my boss’s handsome face triggers my sarcasm. God knows how he earns his Casanova reputation—if a million women want him with his personality, what the heck am I doing wrong?

Disgusted with my love life, I join a dating app under a fake name. I start chatting to a man named Edgar. He’s not my type and lives on the other side of the world, but we hit off a friendship, laugh and confide in each other.

But lately things are getting weird at work. Elliot’s being...attentive. His eyes linger a little longer than they should, and there’s a heat behind them that I haven’t felt before. And then, in the shock of all shocks, he tells me that my vulnerability is appealing. But when was I vulnerable?

Horror dawns...Has my boss been reading my emails to Edgar?

Damn it, why did I use my work email?

Oh no, does he know what I really think of him? I’d rather die than ever admit it.

Or, even worse: is it possible that the man I loathe in real life is the man I’m falling for online?

Another fantastic book in the Miles series

I really enjoy the author - her writing so beautifully portrays the emotions of the characters. I laughed, I cried, and I felt each scene as she so beautifully unfolded them. Great narration, I just finished another audiobook where I hated the way CJ Bloom voiced the main female, but she couldn’t have done a better job With this character.

Sweet, hot/spicy, and fits in with the quartet

Such a sweet continuation of the Miles High quartet. The story is just as engrossing and nail biting as the first two. I laughed, I cried tears of joy and tears of pain, and I was so grateful for another instalment of the series. I’m so excited to learn Christopher’s story. I hope we will see them pop up in some other iteration of TL’s romance world because I just love them.

What an absolute delight of a story

I have no words… I enjoyed this series throughly.
The family bathers, sibling affection and rivalry, friendships, humour and everything thing in this book and entire series are so relatable.
Kudos to the narrators, they were perfect!!!
There’s nothing negative to say about this book and the entire series. I do hope TL Swan will let us know what happened to Christopher Miles. I’m also curious about Tristan’s son, Harrison… what a little mischievous soul.
😁😍

Excellent book

This story kept me guessing right until the end. Had me laughing out loud and generally smiling. I am sure there was supposed to be 4 brothers so I am hoping to see a book on Christopher at some point.

Amazing - Loved It

Couldn't stop listening. The minute I started listening, I wanted to hear more. Love that he referred to her as the wicked witch of the west. They hated each other so fiercely that when they did love they did as fiercely. Elliot and Kate's romance was amazing. Both stubborn as the other that she never lets him get away with his shit and he never lets her leave for long. I have listened to this one so much I know it word for word. My favourite book of the High Miles Series.

A roller coaster of drama, and hilarious moments

❤️❤️❤️ this storyline, and it has some funny amusing moments. The sex that drives one’s imagination 💭 to the next level, tame but takes you to imaginary land 🤣Who would of thought Elliot Miles, the arrogant, egotistical rich guy would develop feelings for his IT specialist Kate 🤷🏼‍♀️Like the plain Jane type of girl next door, who is not afraid of him. This I will definitely listen to again. I gave it a 5 💫

Great story

I love the twists though predictable for me. Ryan West ruined this for me. He was a slow reader and lacked emotions specially on the funny parts. Thankfully CJ did most of the chapters and I love her. I get that some would question her British accent but it did not matter to me, I still lover her. Overall, Stopover and Takeover are still better. Hopefully Sebastian York would be available for Chris' story.

Bad baad

Story ridiculous and too long. Female narrator's English accent over done. Pathetic characters. Waste of money.

Surprising ending

I really enjoyed this story. I have read other books by this author and have loved them also. I did find that this book was slow at the beginning but was well worth the wait. I read about a book a day so I don’t write a review unless I feel that it is worth the info for someone else. It is definitely worth pushing through. I laughed and cried a little. The ending really was a surprise twist. I don’t usually find books that can surprise me like this one did. Will definitely continue reading other books by this author.

The male protagonist is disappointing

He has always been a bit of a selfish douche throughout the entire story, totally irredeemable. I don’t see why Kate love him.

Love the story, but.......

I have listened to all three of the available Miles High books and I absolutely love the stories and will likely continue to listen to TL Swan books ....... BUT, the wording is very repetitive in all three books. The love scenes across all three books are very repetitive as well. The wording to describe what is happening is exactly the same throughout. I feel like the editor didn't adequately do their job.

EX:
They curled their lips
Lump in their throat.
A couple more that are probably not suitable to type out here in a review during the love scenes.

I can't even tell you how many times I heard these phrases throughout the 3 books.

Like I said the stories were amazing, but the repeating of phrases and actions got old. Hoping that an editor will step in sooner or later and fix these issues on new books coming out.

Knocked it out of the park!

I have loved all of TL Swans books. But this one just had me from the start. The characters were so well developed. The humor and bantering had me laughing throughout the book. The emotional interactions between Kathryn and Elliot was Full of just the right amount of angst and care that they both can work through their issues from the past that kept them in a love-hate relationship for a while until the surprise ending. Wow, what a twist and what a phenomenal love story. One if not the best HEA‘s I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. You do not wanna miss one’
P.s Hot hot hot love scenes.

Twist Ending

I loved this story. Tristan is still my favorite Mike’s brother though and having him and his boys come into this story made me enjoy it that much more. I did really enjoy the ending because I didn’t guess it at all. It surprised me! And the humor added into the story was great. The farm animal scenes had me laughing out loud. Beautiful love story that I will be recommending.

One of my Top Ten stories of the year!

This story is actually in pole position so far! The narration is superb. CJ and Ryan brought their A-games for this book and you can absolutely tell the difference right from the start. They both bring their characters to life. You feel their joy, heartache, and happiness. I'm absolutely ruined now, so all of the audiobook narrators better bring it because I now know how great a story can be when narrators put their hearts into their characters. I have heard CJ in The Stopover, the first book in this series. The male lead was good in that story, but she's the one that made me want to listen to the other books in this series. This story is my favorite out of the three available. If you purchase the book, you can usually get the Audible book for $7.49. In today's economy, that adds up really fast. I think now, more than ever before people are watching their money and not making frivolous purchases. I'm the same way about it now because I used to have more money to purchase audiobooks. Now, we're tightening our purse strings, and I refuse to buy a badly narrated book. All narrators better listen to this because people are not spending their money on non-necessary items, which includes audiobooks! I have heard some great narrators, but I also have a lot of audiobooks that I regret buying because the story might be solid, but poor narration will kill it every time. This audiobook is well worth your $7.49! Enjoy the satisfaction of a purchase well made.😉

Great Book and Series

This author writes some great love stories. I’ve especially enjoyed this series. It’s always interesting to see how these powerful men who loaded with money get brought to their knees by women. I don’t wanna give any spoilers
but need to say it’s well worth reading & listening to!
