When a young professional woman, Miss Letitia Glover, shows up on Sherlock's doorstep, desperate to learn more about the fate of her twin sister, it is Enola who steps up. It seems her sister, the former Felicity Glover, married the earl of Dunhench and, per a curt note from the earl, has died. When Joanna and the Watsons are called in to solve the mystery, they soon discover that although the canvases have been slashed, their backings remain pristine, with no cuts or scratches. Narration is remarkable
I am impressed with how distinct each character is based on the variety of voices and accents used. This made the story more interesting and easier to follow. Kudos to Katherine Kellgren. I also am impressed with the author's way of inserting details of clothing, locations and customs of that era, breathing life into the story and holding my interest.

Lively story, spiritedly narrated. Springer's characters unfold over the series and their relationships deepen--a good combination with the intriguing plots. Kellgren, as always, makes it all come alive with the precision of her various voices.

Great ending to the series
I really enjoyed the series. Probably best for a 12 year old, but I loved them all. This book was the best conclusion one could have hoped for since so many series have ending that are lacking in their conclusion. This one did not disappoint. I am sad it's over, but I can read it again. And I will.

The Case of the Gypsy Good-bye
It is my sincere hope that Nancy Springer will write more Enola Holmes books and that Katherine Kellgren will perform/narrate them.
These books are so delightful and I plan to purchase the series in hard copy for my granddaughter to read when she is older.
