Publisher's Summary

Life as an ENFP is no walk in the park. Despite the happy-go-lucky attitude they exude, only those who share the specific preference for extroversion, intuition, feeling, and perceiving on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can truly understand the unique form of chaos that governs this type's restless mind.

Embodying a profoundly strange stack of cognitive functions, ENFPs approach the world with both the enthusiasm of a child and the wisdom of an old soul. In this detailed, type-based survival guide, seasoned MBTI author and shameless ENFP Heidi Priebe explains how to manage the ups, downs, and inside outs of everyday life as one of the most passionate yet self-contradictory types.

Amazing book that you can listen to over and over

I knew about this book for a while but I didn’t think it would be good. I’m not sure why as I didn’t really have a reason to think that. I decide to get it and I love it. I’m so glad I changed my mind. You don’t have to agree with everything you read. You can focus on the parts that are true for you

Hits the nail on the head!

It was like she read my diary. Narrator was very clear. Also quite practical too.

Needed to hear all this!

I couldn't figure out why I was becoming so depressed and getting worse with all my fixes like making strict schedules and making sure my surroundings were meticulously cleaned by me. Now I understand what it is I really need to do and am looking forward to the future again.

Me to a T!

I laughed, cried and everything in between! When did I get to know the author? How did she know me so well? What an amazing explanation to everything I feel. Loved it.

Perfect for MBTI Nerds

I had so much fun listening to this book! It helped me understand myself better, and gave me a lot of ideas for my relationships with other types. As much as I've read about ENFPs, I was surprised that there was so much I didn't know. Really really great book! Honestly, I think any MBTI nerd would like it, regardless of type.

Satisfying

Loved this! A lot more robust that I thought it would be. If you are an ENFP or know one, this is better than any article out there.

The concise layout kept me from getting bored - everything felt relevant to this ENFP. Thanks you!

Stereotypical and not great

Honestly I didn’t even get very far because it was extremely (falsely) stereotypical. Ironically it claims to “hope to strip away the stereotypes that surround your type.” Maybe just start with yourself first. Idk just a thought.
