I really enjoyed the ACT approach towards building confidence. Being Mindful of your own thoughts! My biggest complaint is I wanted to take a look at the resources the author said were at the end of the book but I could not find them on this audiobook. Can someone help me? I will change my rating to 5 stars if I can be helped.

This is an excellent book with a lot of practical and helpful tools. It doesn't stop at theory but provides methods for developing self confidence. The sheer amount of tools, terms, and acronyms are a bit overwhelming, so the book should be read slowly and intentionally, with time to stop and think.

I will read every single book written by Dr Harris. Before investing time,money and energy to other overrated books on motivation, confidence and pseudo happiness, one should read this book. I wish I had known about the book earlier.
