Eight-year-old Sophie Donohue just wanted to be like every other little girl. Which is why her mother, Janine, reluctantly agreed to let her go on the weekend camping trip with her Brownie troop. Predictable

If you’ve read some of Diane Chamberlains works before this story will be predictable and somewhat unsatisfactory. It’s a good story but I was left wishing there was more surprises characteristic of Dianes writing. There is surprises but they are too familiar from her other books.
