My only complaint, after downloading “The Daily Dad” by the same author, is that the Audible version has chapter numbers rather than dates. Date titles would make finding my place and reviewing easier.

I'd recommend this book for the anyone getting into stoicism. Easy to follow and a lot of practical wisdom.

As usual the paid actor almost ruins the book. They perform instead of communicate. Luckily the book is still exceptional and worth it however, as usual, actors perform with sill voices and tones instead of knowing the material. It’s like hiring a butcher as a psychologist.
