Terrible narrator

I echo the other reviewer's comments about the narrator. The story is not really an homage to Agatha Christie -- it is too baroque -- but it is interesting, if you can put up with the narrator.

story is okay, narrator is horrible

The story suffers from a severe lack of character depth. It’s not a bad book, but it’s not amazing either. It’s okay. Although, I can’t review the story in good faith as the narration probably made me more disinterested in the book than I would have been if I had actually read it. I have never had any problem with any narrator of the 100+ audiobooks I have listened to before this one. It was horrible. The voice actor surely thought he was reading for an overdramatic anime. It’s ridiculous. I hated every second of hearing him read this story.
