Dr. Jane McGill is in heaven.

Not going to lie, but I didn’t like the book at the beginning, mainly due to the narrator. It especially bothered me when she sings like the daughter. As the story progresses, it gets more interesting and by then I have started to get used to the narrator’s voice. The ending made me sad though

The first book "The Devil wears scrubs" seriously left me wanting more. The narrator has a nice reassuring voice that does not become tiredsome. The story is fantastic- a good yet simple plot. I found myself laughing out loud and tearing up. I would continue to listen to more of Doctor Jane McGill if there was another novel as it went WAY TOO FAST for my eager ears.

I listen to these books with my AirPods. I was so sick of hearing the narrator sing as a child. It was grating. And her voice didn’t bounce back a couple times with each character. It was an ok book. I wanted to listen to more of her books because “The Teacher” was excellent. But not this book. I won’t be back to listen to a book from her unless I know she has books like “ The Teacher “

Seriously hard to listen to, especially when she was speaking the part of the daughter. Made me not care at all what happened to anyone. Almost couldn’t finish it. Surprised this was the same author as the Housemaid.
