Fabulous MC series. The twist in the first book completely threw me for a loop, which almost never happens. I can't imagine how they'll get out of this. Going right to the next book now. Second book is just as exciting as the MC’s from book 1 hurl towards their HEA. Dear god, book 3 nearly killed me with all its twists and turns. Book 4 is the perfect ending to this series with continuing excitement and suspense right up to the HEA. I’m already listening to the first book in the next series.

So…I’m only on the first story of this boxed set and not sure if I’ll make it to the second book. Dani is very immature and is portrayed as 14 year old instead of a 24 year old. Shadow is supposed to be this hardened biker but acts like insta love is normal. There is no build up. A bunch of little games…

made it through book one, based on reviews I questioned the idea but gave it a shot anyways. then I slowly made it through book 2 , same idea hard to make it through but come on something has to give. started book 3 and now I'm done. The third book should come with trigger warnings , the prologue starts off with some very descriptive domestic abuse with collar and punching and dragging by the hair while a little girl sleeps. can't do it. only made it a few minutes into the prologue and I am officially done. just to make myself clear, dark romance is fine , it's good I just finished listening to lights out by navessa Allen , twice in the same week and that is some dark stuff in there. this series is a no go for me , after approx 85 books on audible this is a no go. good luck and happy reading.

the narrators are the only good thing about this audio book series. I cannot speak to the series beyond the first two thirds of book one, as I couldn't even finish it. The pace, story line, character development, and over all substance were lacking. I found myself rolling my eyes a lot and thinking aloud that this is cheesy or does not make sense. Since this was a free listen, the only loss i suffered was my time and perhaps an IQ point or two. Don't waste your time.
