Publisher's Summary
A royal romance story.
Clementine Fitzroy, Duchess of Rosebrook, doesn’t trust dreamers. After her grandmother and famous social reformer blew the family fortune on her dream of creating a new kind of community, the family land was sold off and their coffers drained. Clementine grew up watching her mother struggle and, now, lives in the small gatehouse behind her former family home.
Evan Fox has a dream that could change the world and save the planet. As CEO of her family toy company, she creates fuel for the imagination. When the Rosebrook estate comes up for sale, Evan jumps at the chance to make her vision of a utopian eco-community come to life.
Clementine is wary of the good-looking newcomer, but Evan is determined to win over the beautiful duchess and prove that, sometimes, dreams really do come true.

SO DONE w/NARRATOR
Jenny Frame used to be one of my favorite authors but now I don't even know if she's good writer anymore or not Kiera Grace massacres her work so much. And the thing is JF sees all the reviews complaining about KG narration and she still uses her and we waste more money hoping that the brick wall to our forehead will not hurt this time, oh but again it does. Just bought the new JF "... For You"2 audiobook before remembering the good old days of Nicola Victoria Vincent are forever gone, I remembered, checked, and yup KG is narrating, FML. That may be the last JF audiobook for me. Is it too much to ask that authors consider us? I have read the reviews on all JF books KG has ruined and it is overwhelming the same opinion as mine. In this book and all KGs accent is soooo bad she switches to her American one when the characters are not speaking, I mean wtf who does that? Hey, how 'bout hiring an English or Scottish narrator when all the characters are English or Scottish? Just saying. make too much sense? who has ever listened to a book where the characters all spoke in American accents then in between was an English accent. f@#$, sorry folks, but it's like someone just killed my favorite author, and all hope of ever having another of her awesome books is gone... oh yeah, and the death was by suicide.

New love in so many ways
Loved these characters.. I can empathize with Clem on how life can beat you down but loving dreamers like Evan makes life beautiful. Wonderfully narration by Kiera Grace. Last but least.. Jenny Frame!!! You make these bleak times have a glimmer of hope. ❤️

Love the story
Loved the story but Keira Grace’s faux British accent was AWFUL ...it was so terrible I ended up having to buy the hard copy. Don’t waste your money buying the audiobook- buy the printed copy instead!

loved everything but the narrator
The narrator wasn't terrible, but her accents drove me a little crazy. I would almost have rather had her read in an american accent the entire time. I loved the story and will definitely read it multiple times.

Wonder love story
It’s always a pleasure to hear Keira Grace narrate any story. It’s only a plus when she’s associated with a truly sweet story. If you’re looking for sweet love story with out the drama this one is a good one for you.

A Sweet Romance
Clementine Fitzroy is a duchess who has lost her family home and fortune because of her grandmother’s dreams. She despises dreamers. Then Evan Fox, CEO of a toy company and dreamer extraordinaire, buys the family estate in order to build a dream. A classic Jenny Frame.. great narration and start of series.

Perfect!
This is the perfect story for lesbian romantics who also love stories that take place in the English countryside. Evan is so dapper I was swooning while listening! And Clementine has great development. Awesome book!

A well told story
This story was written with sensitivity I loved the characters, although Clam was a little gloomy in my opinion. I thought the last 3 chapters were probably redundant but I liked them as well.
