The book lacks the full nuance that other Allen Carr books have - it discuss decaffeinated coffee for example. This book is solid for quitting things like diet pops though. Despite it’s comparative brevity, it’s still a solid read if you want to quit all caffeine.

Since my early teens I have been drinking energy drinks. started with 1 every few days and by 35 I was averaging 4 a day. Hiding them from family and failed to quit dozens of times. I listened to this audio book twice and I've not felt a desire to drink caffeine since. this book has changed my life. One thing I do suggest is buying caffeine free painkillers because the headaches were bad for about 1.5 weeks
