Great Read

Interested in Health and Mindfulness? Stuck in a rut?! Can’t get motivated to be fit? This is such a great listen! Gillian has such an easy voice to listen to and super motivating! She breaks down different ways to take back control of your fitness and digs into connecting to individual ‘whys’ to get fit and different ways that looks to different people.
I am loving it so much I’ve ordered the book!
